No. Bulgur isn’t keto friendly. Try an alternative to grains and starches. Or do without. Or search for a keto recipe online. You’d be amazed at what you can do with coconut, almond and cauliflower.

    bulgur is keto friendly 14 carbs cooked per 100g 16.4 net uncooked low gl index one of lowest carb grams eat less than 20g carbs a day then its keto easy to do with bulgur wheat is not the enemy its how much of it you eat and type
