No. Millet isn’t keto friendly. Try an alternative to grains and starches. Or do without. Or search for a keto recipe online. You’d be amazed at what you can do with coconut, almond and cauliflower.

The Is it Keto? website is designed to give you a quick answer if a food will work with the ketogenic diet.  The determining factor if a food is keto or not is if the item has low carbs.  When a ketogenic diet usually means less than 25g of carbohydrates a day, foods have to be very low carb to make them keto friendly.
